<Menu I want to recommend>

 In Daejeon, Sungsimdang bakery is famous for fried soboro, bread with streusel-like upper crust and buchuppang, bread filled with seasoned leeks.

1) Soboro bread usually has no filling, but Sungsimdang’s version is filled with red bean paste. It has a thin layer of bread covering red bean paste, which makes each bite crispy. Also, it features strong and sweet flavors, so I think all of Korean may satisfy with this bread :) When you visit Sungsimdang, select the "fried soboro" first!

2) Another popular item from Sungsimdang is a bun filled with leeks, sliced vegetables, including cabbage, onions and carrots, seasoned with pepper and salt. This veggie bun is called “buchuppang”. The first time I ate it, I was surprised by its unique but

delicious taste. I didn't like it much at that time, but sometimes I'm reminded of its crunchy taste :) I think you have to try buchuppang to know that attractive taste!!
