There was an overlap of words at the top left corner of a menu bar.
I grouped some of the menu items in a submenu to see all the items in the full menu bar.

seemed slightly awkward.

The first question was a survey question, not a quiz question.
I changed the question format of the first question from a survey question to a quiz question
using the type of dropdown menu.

Only text descriptions about the 'Activity instructions' may be too difficult for some students to understand.
I added a PowerPoint to help students understand the contents of 'Activity instructions' better.
