Online survey
(Week 2 Task : Design an online quiz)
Below is the online survey
that created in Google Forms.

<Self Reflection>
When I had to teach class as a teacher, I needed to figure out how much students knew about an upcoming lesson. At that time, I had a problem gauging students' prior knowledge because asking questions was not enough to assess their knowledge. However, creating this online survey, I could realize that instead of asking questions at the beginning of class, giving them an online quiz using Google Forms can be an easier and more exact way to measure their prior knowledge. Based on this tool, I assured that I can make more appropriate level of lesson plan than before.
Creating the online Google Forms survey, it was a bit unfamiliar at the first time, but I could find this creating process was much more simple than I thought. Making Google forms was getting interesting, so I could more focused on making the online survey. In order to encourage participants to do the online quiz with high motivation and interest, I especially focused on effective visual tools such as adding contents-related images. Later, if I have a chance to make an online quiz or survey, I really want to utilize this tool again.
