

Greek Yogurt
: my favorite food these days



If you open my fridge, you are bound to find Greek yogurt which is one of my favorite foods. I eat it most days for breakfast because of its delicious creamy texture and exceptional boost of protein at my morning meal.
I often add a sprinkle of granola or layer the yogurt with toasted oats and nuts(mostly almonds), or enjoy with a small chiabatta for a balanced breakfast. Among the various toppings of greek yogurt, I think the "fruit" and "greek yogurt" combination is absolutely great. So, I like to mix the yogurt and frozen fruit the night before and my breakfast will be ready to grab from the fridge in the morning :) Even though the greek yogurt is quite expensive, I will continue to enjoy greek yogurt by adjusting the number of times I buy it!
